We personally raise animals as well as partner with local neighbors who share our production practices.
Harvest & Processing
We use local USDA inspected, small craft butchery services and dry age your beef for 14 days for a flavor unlike anything available at your local store.
Order and Delivery
Buy in bulk to fill the freezer months at a time or more frequently with bundles. You decide, either way is a winner.
