These pigs live in a paddock with a barn and are able to roam around freely. In the spring, summer, and fall they rotate through healthy pastures. They enjoy fresh Montana air and are handled with care daily .
The flavor is more complex and distinct. The meat is clean because these pigs are not propped up with agri-pharmaceuticals. Their natural environment supports their health and yours.

Naturally raised, no added hormone, antibiotic free, pastured and heritage breed pork.
The pigs are fed a local, hormone free, antibiotic free, and animal protein free diet (which is not easy to do).
Hyper local food supply - Their ration comes from Yellowstone Feed in Big Timber, MT and the pigs are processed at Pioneer Meats also in Big Timber, MT, a USDA inspected processing facility who have a reputation for excellence.

We send your order out the Monday or Tuesday after the order is placed, using existing local intrastructure to get your beef to you. Sometimes we use USPS, other times we use UPS, and sometimes we deliver your beef personally. The decision is based on staying flexible with who's already going where, so we can be the most environmentally friendly.
